Hi I’m Ava Green!

Audio Engineer, Sound Designer, Artist, Songwriter

It may sound cliché to say that everything about music excites me—but it’s the truth. Music lights up my brain in a way nothing else does. When words fall short, music becomes my language. It’s how I make sense of what I’m feeling.

My journey began at age seven when I fell head over heels for Taylor Swift. I was so obsessed that my parents used to joke I wanted to be her when I grew up. While becoming Taylor Swift wasn’t exactly in the cards, that early admiration sparked a lifelong love for music. I started guitar lessons, followed by voice training, and eventually found my way to ET Studio Productions in Staten Island, NY—a small studio that played a big role in my development. There, I not only took lessons but recorded and released all of my music to date. So far, I’ve released nine original singles and two covers. One of those songs—"Brothers & Sisters"—has gained over 2 million streams across platforms.

In high school, I discovered a passion for the technical side of music: audio engineering. That discovery set the course for my future. Since then, I’ve done everything I can to gain hands-on experience in studios, both as a performer and behind the board. I’ve worked at JAMBOX Studios in New York City, Studio Mozart in Little Falls, NJ, and even at the Berklee College of Music Studios as an assistant engineer on student & faculty projects.

Now entering my third year at Berklee, I’m pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Music Production and Engineering. I’m drawn to how sound can shape emotion, create atmosphere, and bring a song—or a story—to life. That magic is what drives me, and it’s why I’m building a career where I can both create and capture those transformative moments through sound.
